Asbestos, lead paint, or environmental hazards
Swimming pools, spas, or septic systems (available as add-on)
Sewer or underground drainage lines (available as add-on)
Well water quality or quantity (available as add-on)
Code compliance or zoning violations
Engineering or structural calculations
Appliances not in service at time of inspection
